I've just totally removed and reinstalled KDE on RH9 - I didn't use any packages from Red Hat, but rather downloaded them from one of the KDE mirrors instead. Among the benefits, I was hoping that a side-effect would be to remove Bluecurve. I also removed all ~/.kde, etc. I was wrong -- When I log
