modprobe iptable_nat
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE
/sbin/service iptables save
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
Make sure you have a default route
ip route add default dev ppp0

with a subnet of 255.
