I noticed a webfonts package at contrib.redhat.com .. probably in the
noarch directory although the package I saw might have been packaged as
i386... .

Set both of the font sets to a higher number, like 14 or 18 which ever you
prefer. And enable scaling.
See if that helps, I use 14.

First, tell Netscape to always use your fonts, overriding
document-specified fonts.
If that doesn't help, check /etc/X11/XF86Config, find the FontPath
listings. Rearrange them so that the 100dpi fonts appear before the
75dpi fonts in the list. Restart

Linux has drivers for both the card and monitor and display is good.
However in Netscape the fonts are pretty tiny
