Try using google. Searching for "osb4 bug" renders the following as the first

issues using this CD..
Should I even put it in fstab and see what it does?

There are multiple CDs. Do not just go armed with one. When copying
the ISO to CD, ensure that you choose the option in your burning
application to create the CD
