Follow the URL link given at the end of this mail. You need to know your
password for unsubscription. If you dont know your password, you may get it
from this site.

There's an option where you can have your password sent to you.
It will sent the password to the E-mail adress you provided to subscribe to
the list.
After you've found the mail (and the password) you can log in the server and
uns
ddress and click on "Edit
Options".
Then from the next page click on "Email My Password To Me".
