I found the solution later on yesterday. I just removed the openmotif package from my system. Then, I reinstalled new one, openmotif21 2.1.20-8 (the compatibility libraries for running Open Motif 2.1 applications.). I then installed latest opera 7.11 rpm (shared QT) using rpm -ivh -force opera**.
