Hello Again: I am attempting to tune up a MASTR II RX on 442.275. The RX is the 88 Split. Am I asking the unit to go down in frequency too far? I have searched for a possible conversion of the oscillator/Mulitipler and only found the one for 2-meters that I have used on VHF and it works great!

Can anyone help me with the tuning instructions for the Decibel Circulator listed above. It has an adjustment on the input, output and one towards the attached dummy load. I can tune it, but I am loosing 3 DB of power. On of the few articles I can find shows a loss of 0.4dB. Any help appreciate
