I'd recommend what W5ZIT mentioned, or the model I was thinking of was http://www.nhrc.net/nhrc-2/ Now that I see it's under $60, I may have to get one myself! Not sure what I'm going to use it for as there are too many repeaters in my area, but I will use a controller for a cross band repeater..
