I have had similar problems. I suggest you start again, from the very beginning. Retune every stage. Sometimes there are false peaks, etc. Then you need to consider the possibility that the exciter is broken. Did it work before you started tuning? Jeff . At 09:39 AM 1/26/2004, you wrote: >

I am having problems getting my GE Mastr II VHF exciter to tune properly. All goes well until I start tuning T110. I have my meter on pins 5 (-) and 6 (+) but get no reading at all. I have adjusted T110 all the way through but still see no reading. When I ground my meter to chassis ground I get
