I thought about the AC Time delay timer but it requires AC 24 volts, it
probably would work off of the ac side of the low voltage transformer but
would still require a relay. I have some of the octal time delay relays I
may use on of them.
The other thing I ran across was a carrier control timer

consuming power making life longer.
