We've currently got ~18 requests waiting for sponsors (with the oldest
request waiting for 2 months). If you have time to sponsor, please
accept a new request or two. It'd be great to not have any requests
awaiting sponsor by the end of the quarter. Meeting this goal for the
anniversary would b
Just a quick reminder that there are now 39 requests awaiting a sponsor.
The oldest was submitted on 2/3, and you probably noticed the large
influx of requests over the last several days.
If you have time, please volunteer to pick up a request (or 16): my
assumption is that related requests wil

Sorry about that... It has been filed: 6414867.
It hasn't been assigned to the appropriate category/subcategory yet,
which is why you can't find it on bugs.opensolaris.org.

FYI -- There's been more discussion of this on opensolaris-discuss (
http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=6854 ). I didn't
want to cross-post, and decided the main discussion should live on

Apologies for the delay in letting you all know.

please provide details.
All of this is just an interim solution until we have better bug

I'll figure out where to put the definitions. This the real status that

The code for bugs.opensolaris.org (and bugs.sun.com) are not
sophisticated enough to be able to do this. The application we use
currently shares the same code base as bugs.sun.com. Because Suggested

We've got several RFEs for Bugster, but I don't know how many of them we'll
actually be able to get implemented.
In the meantime, seems like people can search for the bug# in the source
browser. After the build is available in the source browser, of course...

Jim,
I'm not sure if this should stay on this list or not, but I thought it
was useful to have in the archive...
I've been planning to send a "guidelines" email to this list for several
days, and I'm still not quite there. Others will, no doubt, respond in
more detail to your questions, but I
I'm still working on the initial email about what processes you all
should follow in responding to these messages. Expect to see something
by tomorrow at the latest.
In the meantime, it doesn't sound to me like this is actually a request
for a sponsor. Does anyone want to follow up with Brian o
