Recently I upgraded my servers and migrated Riak from 5 old servers to 5
new ones (new servers are running Riak 2.1.4, old were on 2.1.1).
After running 'riak-admin diag' I got
[warning] The following preflists do not satisfy the n_val:

Recently my Riak nodes started returning errors local_put_failed. It
happens on many nodes.
Half of my nodes are Riak 1.3.1, half upgraded 1.3.2 (this setup worked for
more than a month without any problems).
I found in

that this can
(in fact it started at the lowest night load).
How can I diagnose a source of error?

I prefer second option since it will show are the corrupted blocks related
to race condition. First option needs to be run for a long time to be

crashed. Nothing unusual was reported in logs.
When I've tried to start my node again it worked for few seconds and
silently crashed again. I've run 'riak console' and seen Segmentation
fault.
gdb with dumped core
