And if it is what you want, I recommend writing the analysis information
to tags on your audio files. That way you don't have to do the analysis
over again if your MusicIP database gets trashed. The information will
just go with the files wherever they go.

A seconder for Music IP (MIP). Then when that's going, add the Spicefly
plugin (http://spicefly.com/content/category/5/16/32/).
The MIP software can be downloaded via the Spicefly site. I run the GUI
on my server and just minimise it rather than fiddle with the 'headless'
version.
