I am starting a doc that looks like this may overlap the efforts here
for the cookbook. I am running KPEA-LP on a Raspberry Pi with a 1TB
drive handing off of it using Rivendell and StereoTool for the audio
processing on the same box[1]. Should I just start to add it here?

When the even in rdlogmanager create/edit events is up, you choose
import->Select from MUSIC (for instance) you then get two choices just
below:
First cart has a [PLAY/SEQUE] transition.
Imported carts have a [PLAY/SEQUE] transition.
In 3.x those
Should I be able to do this?
Terminal 1:
nc -u -l 5309
Terminal 2:
rmlsend --to-host=localhost --to-port=5309 LL 1\ Thislog
I don't see any response from terminal 1. Not if I use tcp:
nc -l 5309
Is rmlsend trying some handshake with one of the riv daemons and bailing if

Hi James
We put everything we can in the cloud for the similar reason you give not to!
Our local providers are very good and we have fibre to the office which is up
most of the time. Our cloud hosts though are up almost permanently. This is why
we run our RD in the cloud so that it is always
Ok, It's a new day now here in the UK, so I'll be back at trying to get
Rivendell working as a server and client setup this afternoon.
I agree entirely with Chuck. I'm also trying to make every cart have a segue
transition to keep things nice and tight on air. But with Rivendell v3 that
