So does anyone have a way of converting there Wave audio files or copying there
metadata across to the Cart chunk fields. So when importing it at le

I’d appreciate any assistance in helping me out.

i have run into this once or twice and it was usually because of minor
problems with the db. after running msqlcheck and fixing the issues the
database would back up. Give that a try.

We have never run rddbcheck, looks pretty straight forward
Having done a dry run through with --no 'answer all questions with no' its
obvious we are overdue to clean things up.
The big question is.Should mysql and/or rivendell be stopped or is it
possible to run rddbcheck on an in-use system?
longer supported.

Simple as installing the dropbox.com client on one of your machines.
That will give you a 'local sync'd' file
Then set up Riv Drop Box the same as you would any other...

Bruce,
You will need to install "lame" mp3 codec package in order to import/export
.mp3 files. It is not included in the Rivendell Broadcast Appliance
distribution, so you will need to locate it. A Google search should yield
a suitable .rpm.

Hello,
FYI, The Live CentOS 6 would not operate on a Intel 525 Atom Desktop
board but the Appliance ISO did. I believe both are 64 bit, but the
Appliance CD is CentOS 5.
Now on to making it run. In my spare time...that is.

make a message board macro.
when the cart rolls through RDairplay the live read pops up in a message
