If you chown cj:cj /var/snd/113000_002.wav does it work?
How are you replacing the audio in 001?
I had a few files which had one channel recorded low.
copied the audio to a temp folder applied sox and copied the adjusted
audio back
the owner

They're not.

Permissions seem to be the problem better then 90% of the time.
