Hello Jamie. I have written part of the rdstreamdata few years ago. Some unpublished changes were made last year to make it work with Rivendell 2.8 under Ubuntu 12.04, I remember that I have had to split it into 2 daemons, one was written in Python and writes UDP output from Rivendell into a file
