So far, my first forays into compiling Citadel on cygwin haven't worked, but
I didn't have a lot of time to work on it.
Perhaps over the weekend I can get more

Well, there are quite a few problems with Citadel on Cygwin using
Easyinstall:
* libsieve requires a ___STRING macro to be defined. It isn't defined in
cygwin. I worked around this by modifying
