rsync version 3.0.2 protocol version 30.
It's not a critical error, since the files are still transferred, but
the sheer volume of these messages makes spotting /actual/ errors
tedious.
Any ideas ?

Check the permissions on the directory, and ensure that the user which
rsync is running as can access that directory.
