[rt-users] Notofication

Hello Dear friends I need your help. Version RT 3.6.3 I have problem sending notification for comments and when ticked is close. When I'm logged as stuff to service queue, notification dont be send to requestor (when ticked is created auto-reply is send). My rights on queue: CommentOnTicket
