Graham,
We, the session has been stable for the afternoon for us anyway. So thank you
for that!
Cheers,

Hi Together,
i'm just finished with the translation for the actual rt 3.8.x. I have a
global question for all german users regarding some wordings.
What do you think about translation for special words like:
Dashboard, Queue and Ticket. Should it be translated or should it be like it is?

Hi,
I'd like to have statistics that list - per queue - which requestors
requested how many tickets.
Is that possible?
Yes, make a search for all tickets in the wanted queue on the web
This is so that you may bookmark a ticket. When it is activated (colored
in), the ticket is bookmarked. When it is not activated (grayed out), the
ticket is not bookmarked.

Greetings,
I'm using RT, and use a variety of custom fields.
I'd like to have the queue, and some default values for
custom fields set on tickets automagically. The ideal
solution for me would be to set the queue based on a lookup
in some data that relates queues to email domains, or
whole email

Everything else is going just fine with the upgrade except the end result :)
when I upgrade the schema I get various errors like:

Currently tags in RT refers to the identifying info in the subject,
correct?
What do people think of the utility of proper tags in RT? Basically,
I envision them being used to group loosely affiliated tickets, rather than
creating sub-queues. Is that too laissez-faire for RT?

Ok, I got it working. I don't know if it's the right way, but its
working. I just copied files from my existing installation into my new
one.
Specifically:
/opt/rt3/local/plugins/RT-Authen-ExternalAuth
/opt/rt3/local/lib/RT/Authen/ExternalAuth.pm
/opt/rt3/local/man/auto/RT/Authen/ExternalAuth
Is there a FreeBSD port for RT 3.8.x in the works? and if so, about how
soon will it be ready?
thanks,

Actually, the Scrip 4 error is normal, as there are no queue watchers right
now.
Also, this is RT 3.8
