Jerrad,
Thanks a lot. I actually ended up using the AutoSetOwner that was
linked on the page you posted. But in any event, it worked perfectly !

Ahh, it must have been from the book then:
Description: On Correspond Open Ticket
Condition: On Correspond
Action: Open Tickets
Template: Blank #Use Transaction if you want notification
Stage: TransactionCreate
That should do it.
I am even more confused than ever now. That scrip is
? You
could also create a *separate notification just* for the new owner if you *
really* think he needs it. All with different info in the template.
Just a few thoughts.

Hey all,
I really wanted the content of a new ticket to be emailed to
the user that takes the ticket from the queue. The only way I could figure
to make this happen was to set NotifyActor to 1 in the Site_Config. But now
I am running across a whole mess of stuff being set to
, '@rt3.Domain1.com');
Set( $CanonicalizeEmailAddressReplace . '@Domain2.com');
Set( $CorrespondAddress , 'supp...@domain2.com');
Set( $CommentAddress , 'supp...@domain2.com');
Any help/advise/direction that i can get will be a huge help. Thank you in
advance !

, and not the other way around. This
smarthost part of the process is what is the most confusing.
Thanks again !

Take
is: Internet à RT Server à Exchange. Is
there some advantage to doing it this way. I am just way more comfortable
administering Exchange, than I would ever be trying to work with Sendmail or
Postfix.

follow the install instructions for Fedora Core9 posted on the wiki.

Hello All,
I have seen a lot of detailed posts in regards to setup with
Exchange Server 2003, but the steps don't seem to apply to 2007. I have RT
setup with my aliases and queues, and now its time to get the Exchange setup
working properly. I have created a new send connector
