Hi, If the ID *IS* the same (and the queues are the same?notsure?), then you may set up a scrip to auto send an email to the 2nd systems according comment email address on comment, the system would put it in the way you want this. It depends on several things alltho.. 2009/6/9 Odhiambo ワシントン
