[rt-users] An example SLA portion of your SiteConfig

Im looking at the SLA plugin and want to find a good example of a an SLA as part of the SiteConfig with the RT::ServiceAgreements plugin installed. Using RT 3.8.1 on Centos 5.2 When I try anything its bombing out, with various Perl issues, so I would like a simple (or complex) example that works
