What he is refering to is he was able to do a search and then be able to
"download" formatted copies of existing tickets to update by clicking the
"Editable text" link in the top right of a search results page.
The Editable text link is no longer there.

Presently by default the nightly script runs to move items from any stalled
state to opn when the "Starts" Date arrives.
Is there a way to also have the script clear the "Starts" field as well?

Yes, you were correct and it is 3.8.8
Though when I remove the tag and select save changes it says it removed the
tag but it has not actually done so. When I return to that Queue it shows up
again.

RT maintain the CA rather than changing to the quese
name.
Is there something I can use like $TicketID vs Ticket to get it just to use
the tucket number and I can put CA in manually in the templates?

So we have a base Queue of Unassigned and we want to have a scrip review
tickets which land there and search for Key words. If fould we want the
ticket moved to a specific queue. How is this scrip written and applied?

ticket for them and replies.

Looks like when I login as root rather then the admin user I created the
reply works. Must be a permissions issue. Figured being super user was
enough. Now to figure out which permissions are needed.

If so how are you integrating RT into the email path etc? I am mostly
familiar with Exchange but the school I am at is moving towards using RT but
they have FirstClass.
