tried the MemberOf search but its not working.

group name: support
queue: trouble ticket
search:
Queue = 'trouble ticket'

To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to search for a group. Roles,
yes. You could possibly make a group a Cc watcher and then search for
Cc's.
Also, The MemberOf is for Parent/Child relationships.
