Good point. Maybe he can actually coach and have SUCCESS as the receivers
coach, but something tells me otherwise. :)

Yeah, that was the guy. He was 5'8" tall and could run like the wind. He
was the "little player that could". LOL

Sam Collins was a very solid reciever. He ran near perfect routs and could
take a hit as good as a linebacker.

Jeff,
Tim was right it was Travis, there were several Mcgriff's that were UF
legacies, Lee was Travis's father or uncle. There was also a black Mcgriff
named James who drowned just prior to his freshman year.

Charlie,
Where there two Lee McGriffs that played at Florida? I know there was a white Lee
McGriff that played for the Gators in the '70's. Did have a son that also played at UF?

I sure hope so. I want very badly to beat the barners, lsu & hopefully make
at least 1 game at the Met this year. And next year, I expect things to be
a LOT better. We are not losing ANY starting seniors. And I forgot to
mention that we have our catcher back from his injury. He's the one that
yeah, I figured as much; however, at least it was a W; maybe they can carry
it over for this w/e (crossing fingers).

I hate to tell you, Devonna, but you watched the only good part. This is
probably the worst Well's team in BAMA history. He's playing a lot of young
guys that appear to have potential, but still need a lot of experience. We
are 4-8 in SEC play. I'm not sure our pitching is deep enough for a swe

Actually, I wasn't talking about him getting into patterns that will hurt
him, but he could get lost in the middle of the defense as AC would do back
in his hay-day.
I think Brooks, with his quickness, could find open spots with a curl
pattern or even with a quick out pattern.

that was a pretty good game; I actually forgot about it after I got home
last night and then saw the 4-2 score on the news; luckily, when I flipped
over to CSS we were up 5-4.
I hope we do as well against the barn!

Rick, don't you remember the secondary when Dumbose was at the helm? Harbison coached
