I'm having trouble getting the server up as well. The install went fine,
but it looks like something is blocking it from running on port 3000. I
disabled the security software, but that had no effect. Something else
here in Windows 10 is blocking it.

Yes, you can include seperate files when needed. But when the code is
minified in one. If you use the same file for every page of your
application, there will be few requests and the the CSS file and JS file
will be cached.
