This seems more a problem of the drools compiler. I'll try to reproduce it

due to generic erasure we cannot figure out that the outer map contains a

I opened a ticket on our issue tracking:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBRULES-3468
I also just finished to fix the problem. The fix will be available on the
upcoming 5.3.2 release.
Thanks again,
Mario

That sounds a great idea.
I don't come to London since too much time now, so I'd finally have a very
good reason to come :)
I am also looking forward to meet the other guys of the Drools team in
person.

Hi guys,
I'm working here trying to find out a little problem that I'm having with
Drools 5.4.0
if you send a bit more info on how to reproduce this issue (I don't
know WSO2 at all) I could try to figure out what is going wrong.

Interesting,
If I run the same code with the 5.4.0-SNAPSHOT patched version
that shows the problem? If so could you
share it?
Thanks a lot,

I created a public github project and made available the complete working

Now I miss a method in the Guvnor api to exectute the rules and receive
