This seems more a problem of the drools compiler. I'll try to reproduce it

build Drools from the sources but if so it could be great if you could give
a try to this fix.
Nevertheless it is still a fact that Drools 5.4 requires more PermGen space,
for the reasons that both Mark and myself explained in our former emails.
I hope this helps,

we JIT that constraint via ASM. Of course the trade-off for this is that
Drools now requires more PermGen space, so my advice is to enlarge it when
possible.
Any suggestion to improve this is welcome.

Can you send me the source code of one of your evaluators, the conf file
defining it and a DRL with a rule using it? It will be even better if you
could open a Jira ticket, assign it to me and attach the failing example I
am asking there.
Thanks a lot,

Ok, I've been able to reproduce your issue. I'll fix it asap and keep you
updated on how I am progressing.
The only (ugly) workaround I could find at the moment is to replace
feeKeys[1] with feeKeys[new Integer(1)].
Let me know if it works for you.

I also just finished to fix the problem. The fix will be available on the
upcoming 5.3.2 release.

That sounds a great idea.
I don't come to London since too much time now, so I'd finally have a very
good reason to come :)
I am also looking forward to meet the other guys of the Drools team in
person.

Anyway if you send a bit more info on how to reproduce this issue (I don't
know WSO2 at all) I could try to figure out what is going wrong.
