It seems you followed GAP a bit too closely. GAP is often suboptimal
in handling orbits of permutation groups on subsets, tuples, etc,
cause it insists on having a strong generating set first thing. But
the much simpler Schreier vector approach often beats one using a
strong generating set quite ea
