Can anyone explain to me why the tracbot gives a red light to #13461? The link gives the message "apply failed", but the patch applies cleanly to sage-5.4.rc0. Moreover, the log doesn't show any hunks that failed to apply, unlike other cases where the patch didn't apply. http://patchbot.sagemath
