Some code that would produce weight diagrams was in this ticket: http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/10744 The final version of this patch by Benjamin Jones gave pretty good weight diagrams. It was never merged but maybe it should be revived. This is very desirable functionality. Of course,
