Dear Sage interested, I came across a thread discussing the JModelica.org project and its possible inclusion in Sage: http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel/browse_thread/thread/ca82fe76bf249df7 I agree with Carl Witty's post that there should be no license problems associated with packaging

[sage-devel] Complex numerical integration

Hello people! I've been trying to solve this integral: sage: integrate(sqrt(sec(x)-1),x,pi/2,pi) integrate(sqrt(sec(x) - 1), x, 1/2*pi, pi) Since sage failed to produce a symbolic result, I tried with numerical_integral sage: numerical_integral(sqrt(sec(x)-1),pi/2,pi) (nan, nan) But that fa

Here's the URL: https://code.google.com/p/or-tools/ I could imagine that this would fit well with the other discrete math parts of the

I find the following command useful from the terminal: cd sage-4.5.3-linux-64bit-ubuntu_10.04.1_lts-x86_64-Linux/ && nohup ./ sage -n 2>&1 > /dev/null & exit It closes the terminal, but keeps the sage server running. Of course the sagedir should be an env var, or parameterized, or searched for.
