There has been some discussion in the past on this. And offcourse
ideally everything would build with SAGE_CHECK=yes but a lot of the
failures are not even due to sage so we are less strict on these then
the sage doctests. I also remember that some people (including me)
wished that a failure SAGE_C
Are we to test with SAGE_CHECK=yes ?
I have a test failure while building python spkg on a pretty usual
Debian x64 system (with make -j8, or just make) if I have it on.
