Anette, if u read carefully, there is no 0 after the 3. i.e i was there at
3 min past three. not 10:30. :-)
and sorry to say, it was in the morning, i normally come home only after
11,00 so it couldn't have been at night.

What's with this dumping? Is it becoming a fad?
.opposing the dumping of garbage of other panchayats at Pomburpa.
...requesting permission to dump garbage from the villages of Aldona,
Nachinola, Moira, Uccassaim >and Bastora in Pomburpa.
Looks like Saligao is not alone ...dumping, garbage, p
