The test as such can't be scheduled. Also the normal sending of a page uses
the exact same function as the test button, so that should't give a real
difference.

Try
REGSVR32 ipdaems50.ocx
if this fails try
regsvr32 IPDAEM~1.OCX
If this fails then
copy ipdaems50.ocx IPDAEM~1.OCX

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know if there is a utility to be able to schedule a test page
via a modem from a W2K workstation running Servers Alive.
I sometimes have problems with SA not being able to page due to the modem
not hanging up properlyor not getting a line. However when I do a test page

Add after director before blank line. The current version of countfiles
requires it I believe. Use a domain\user and a valid password. You can try
leaving the username and password blank but for some reason I don't think it
works

Dirk,
Im using c:\download\countfiles.exe section=test (without the quotes)
with the checkerrorlevel.exe and I'm still getting errorlevel 999
I have a copy of the countfiles.exe and countfiles.ini in the
C:\download directory.
The counfiles.ini is configured like this:
[Test]
Path=C:\dowloa
MisunderstandingI accidentally called the countfiles ini file
"test.ini" for example purposes.
Sorry
for the confusion.

The

The countfiles ini file looks like this:

This has to be something really simple I’m

You
don't point to the ini file within the commandline.
C:\download\countfiles.exe ini=c:\download\countfiles.ini
section=test

I still can't get this to work.
I've simplified it as much as

I am trying to test this on a local

I have created a file in the

SA is a very good tool, but the important part
"Dependencies" may need some improvement...
Suggestion for a simple (maybe) interim solution until
a graphical GUI is developed:
1. SA should generate for each item a unique ID.
2. The main window with the table of the item should
get one addional
