The SUPPORT option from the mainpage will give a "generic"
support page, while doing this from the Servers Alive part will give support
"options" for Servers Alive.

In the past few days our MSN Alerts have stopped working. I’ve
logged into the hotmail account the address come from without a problem, and I’ve
used MSN Messenger on the server and can sign in and send messages, but Servers
Alive isn’t a
If I go to www.woodstone.nu
and click support then I do not get the blue bar just below with the choice of “FAQ
| Documentation | Mailing List Info | Latest Build Info”. Whereas if I go
to Products, then Servers Alive and then click Support, I do get it. Just
thought I’d mention it!
