I was refering to Jason Passow's response earlier, which was refering to these
reg keys:
See pg. 324 of the manual - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DBU
Consulting\ServersAlive\ExcludeDateTimeInMail
pg. 329 - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DBU
Consulting\ServersAlive\SMTP\AlternateFooter
pg. 330 -
Check the manual for removing that from the bottom of emails.

We've seen that same issue (messages being split) here, when the text message
was sent to a cell phone, the cell service would cut messages into 120-ish
character length messages. Actual length depends on where the service finds a
space character so it doesn't split words.

So, there is a timing issue then, no? Strange, the first two checks (using
file count) have a roundtrip time of 30-40ms – whereas the 3rd check
– which we’ve always had issues with has a roundtrip time of 344ms.
Would it be best to change the timeout portion to something else?

We have several alerts for a file check. When several files (10) are listed in

Thanks Dirk. What I am trying to graph is the no. of instances that a process
is running (e.g. notepad open 10 times at 6pm and 25 times at 9pm). Anyone any
ideas as to how this could be achieved?

Rrdtool logging bug? This is no a bug, this is normal.
The RRDTOOLs logging logs numbers only, while the result of a process check can
be the name (string), so this can't be logged.

Iâm using v6.1.2133. When I try to graph NT Process (no. of instances
