The error 5 means that the remote system refuse access to the services database
and this because the userperforming this operation doesn’t have the
required rights

I am experiencing the following when checking on SQL services:
SQL services is DOWN (ERR: Getservice status - OpenSCManager - 5-Access is
denied.)
I know that the username/password for the account checking this service has not
changed.
I am also seeing the following error:

I was going to, but the machine doesn't have .Net 3.5 on it at the moment and I
didn't have time to download, install, and reboot the machine. I will be trying
to get to testing it next week.
