Well, you can have SA reboot the server directly in the event the conditions
are satisfied.
Alternatively you can install a MAPI client (outlook) on the server (to be
rebooted), then put a rule in Outlook on inbound mail.

peer-to-peer network at home instead of a proper W2k/W2k3 network. Could

Easier to create an Outlook rule and automatically move the
discussion (messages) to a separate folder. At least, in the event you
need to research an issue, you can search the stored messages while you do not
have to read / delete each one.
