I just upgrade from build 1567 to 1591.
When I edit alerts, it is changing double quotation marks to {22}. Is this
by design, or is something strange happening?

I am satisfied with existing notification process.
However if we did use IM, Jabber would be my first choice. Jabber is our
corporate standard for IM.

I don't believe it is practical to import a SA version 4 configuration into
Excel.
Even with version 3 it could cause serious problems if you didn't know what
you were doing. I had to create macros to fix the data that Excel messed
up.

From what I have read. We would need SA running on a
Win 2003 Server, and would have to use the Windows remote desktop client
v5.2.3790.
Does that sound correct?

I am fairly certain the ini file is setup correctly. I also get a zero

What is the purpose of the ini setting, "Directory=T".

ou have no entries in the first file that depend on
the second file (or the other way around).
And I suppose that both will have more then 10 entries? Then you'll also
need 2 licenses...

I know that you do not endorse manually editing the configuration file, and
I assume that I would do so at my own risk.
But, ... can I spilt a configuration file in half an run them on two
separate servers?
