A lot of ppl are talking about using jabber internally for messaging. What
is the general method that everyone is using to get SA to message to the
jabber server?

Actually, Trillian has similar issues. They have had outages with both
their AIM and MSN modules at different times. Neither AOL nor Microsoft
notifies them when they are making these kind
