I guess maybe I was thinking SNPP, SMPP, Jabber, Gtalk, Win POPUP are older
technologies not used. But maybe some people here are using them, or still
have uses? Teams will definitely be good. A lot of people use Discord
now too. I would push for those two.

The keep-alive is "limited" to every x minutes and will be send to the
default TO of the primary mailsetup.
If you want to have a type of summary, you can use the EXECUTIVE ALERTS
(under SETUP-ALERTS)
