This used to work well for me. I would get a message every 60 minutes. Lately, the messages are sent every 3-4 hours (it's not consistent)...
I verified tat I had the "e-mail every x minutes" set to 60...

monitor the ServersAlive service (for arguments sake "SA1") from another PC that
also runs ServersAlive ("SA2").
Since
these are all NT, if the "Is SA1 alive?" check fails, SA2 tries to restart
the service. After 3 consecutive "downs" we get paged, and after each check a
web page is u

for 5 minutes.

SA to check for the change & then page us. (on 'down'
