the following problem occured during a kernel update up to 2.6.16.1 and
mounting a windows share: It's possible to create directories and files,
but it's impossible to read or catenate them.
Any hint would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solve! I have bypass the limit of 66 users in a groups for
Samba/Openldap. I test this solution with x86 and amd64 architecture and
it's work fine.
