Hi, if I put the users into the Administrators group than they will have all admin rights, dont they? I found this description and this is exactly what we want to have. Members of the Account Operators local group are allowed to use User Manager for Domains to create user accounts and groups

Thanks. BeyondExec worked really well, and is freeware The only problem I found is that you don't see the network shares that the user at that computer is using, but I guess it's normal since you are connecting as another user.

Yes I did. net rpc rights list Account Operators -Ux Password: SeAddUsersPrivilege But the Description of this right does not really match the description for Account Operators. The user in this group can open usermgr.exe but if he selects an user he gets the message Access denied.
