Dear Friends,
I use LDAP as the samba backend passwd in RHEL. After adding some index to

Hi wes,
The space is not missing in the real command, I will copy and paste where
possible but the server is on a separate dev network with no internet access
so have to resort to memory sticks... Real command should read:
./setup/provision --realm=CREOSYS.CO.UK --domain=CREOSYS
--adminpass=PASS
Dear Friends,

I could able to solve the issue.

Is the space between CREOSYS.CO.UK and --domain missing just in the example,
or in your real command too? it is always advisable to copy and paste the

Hi.
Tonight, I upgraded our Samba print server running Samba 3.0.30 to Samba

a DNS-alias 'printserver.falw.vu.nl'.

Hi Adam,
in this case it is not sufficient to just apply the patches
since the are applied to the template file. These are transformed
to the proper files (samba.spec, makerpms.sh) by the script
release-scripts/create-tarball.
Since it is no good to call create-tarball from the unpacked
tarball,
