why do you use samba as preferred master ?? . it seems that you are using
samba only for shares security=user so you can set preferred master = no and
remove the OS entries since it only helps in master election, and regarding
the wins (nmblookup) you need to run the nmb service. and to cla

You really mean **share**'s permission or files's permission in the
share?

Problem solved.
As long as I know it is related to the fact that I was using the same range of
ID's (both GID and UID) in my smb.conf.
Change these values to different ranges and I am now being able to authenticate
well.
