It seems to be working OK on 3 of the 4, but on the last one, I cannot
start smbd.
nmbd seems to start fine.
The smb.conf file matches the other servers except that the server name
is changed.

I'm yust testing Samba 3.0.23a on a Suse Linux
10.0 machine.
After deinstalling the Samba-Version 3.0.20 wich
came with the Suse-Package, I've installed the new
3.0.23a-Version. Then I've created a very small
smb.conf and wanted to start the daemons. The nmbd
is running well
check www.rpmfind.net for it, or look in /lib, do an ls /lib/libdm*
sometimes there will be /lib/whatever.so.x.x.x..x and you can sym link
it to whatever.so.0 and be just fine.
