Anybody here use the module recycle with samba version 3.0.5!?
I use with 2.2.8a without problems.

I use it. Works fine. testparam goes crazy if it hits the recycle options in 3.0.5.
It isn't a separate module anymore.

Look my smb.conf
vfs options = /etc/samba/recycle.conf
vfs object = /etc/samba/recycle.so
Here is your problem, there is no recycle.so and recycle.conf any more, it is just
vfs objects = recycle
My options are:
recycle:keeptree = Yes
recycle:repository = .Papierkorb/%U
